Reşit Kursun was born in 1977 in Turkey. After secondary and high school years, he entered the Agricultural Engineering department in 1996 for university education.

In his business life, which he started when he was 16, he has worked in many different sectors and in many positions. During this time, he increased his business relations. Eventually he decided to establish Kurshun LTD in England where he could use these relationships to develop his own business.
